- Coordinate and improve onboarding and offboarding experience
- Support performance management, workforce planning and succession planning processes
- Identify talent development needs and follow-up on development actions
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to management
- Be a reliable point of contact for managers on day-to-day HR questions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation
- Actively promote a people-first culture aligned with company values
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
- You have solid experience in Soft HR (talent, performance, onboarding, people support), ideally gained in a technical or engineering environment
- You are fluent in French and English, spoken and written
- You have a good knowledge of Belgian labor law
- You're pragmatic, people-oriented, and have a team spirit attitude
