Data Scientist – Ghent
My clients are looking for an enthusiastic talent to join their data team, someone who's looking to grow and develop their knowledge and skills in a professional start-up environment. Education in Data Science or any related markets are key. Software development knowledge is also great.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and deploy machine learning models
* Build AI-powered applications using LLMs
* Work with structured and unstructured data
* Collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable solutions
Your profile:
* Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar
* Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn)
* Basic knowledge of machine learning and data analysis
* Interest or experience with LLMs (e.g. APIs, prompt engineering)
* Software development background is a plus
Nice to have:
* Experience with Hugging Face / OpenAI
* Knowledge of APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms
