As Data Protection Officer, you will:

Deliver training and raise awareness of data protection legislation across the company.

Monitor compliance with GDPR and support internal audits and proactive issue resolution.
*
Act as the single point of contact with Data Protection Supervisory Authorities.
*
Guide and evaluate data protection initiatives (e.g., DPIA, TIA) and advise on their impact.
*
Maintain accurate records of all data processing activities and purposes.
*
Respond to data subject requests and support clients in handling theirs.
*
Perform GDPR audits with the Group Information Security Officer and supervise action plans.
*
Liaise daily with DPOs of affiliated companies and service providers across Europe.
*
Moderate a DPO forum and collaborate with external partners on data protection topics.
*
Support interpretation of the group Code of Conduct and ethical decision-making.
*
Maintain and update UBO-registers across the group.
*
Contribute to group-level accreditations and certifications when needed.
*
Maste degree in law, with strong expertise in data protection law and practice.
*
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with tools such as Freshworks, Confluence; knowledge of One Trust is a plus.
*
Capable of explaining complex data protection topics in a clear and actionable way.
*
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
*
Experience in a European setting and knowledge of assistance services is a plus.

Background combining legal and IT perspectives on data protection is ideal.
