We are itsme, one of Europe's fastest-growing scale-ups, counting 100 team members and growing. Our mission: providing a state-of-the-art digital identity solution to all people, enabling them to interact securely in the digital space. Now, only five years after being founded, close to 8 million citizens use the itsme app, to identify themselves and sign documents online. Starting in Belgium, we successfully launched the itsme app in 17 European countries, with the ambition of becoming an internationally leading player.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic product marketing manager to lead and elevate our product marketing efforts. This role will be crucial in driving go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and commercial execution, and vital in the overall success of itsme in Belgium and abroad.


What your job looks like

Go To Market strategy:

* Collaborate with the product team, and support in preliminary discussions by defining market problems, conducting win/loss analysis, and analysing the competitive landscape.

* Develop compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing collateral.

* Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.

Product positioning and messaging:

* Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives market demand.

* Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks that enable other teams, such as Jobs-To-Be-Done, Personas, Ideal Customer Profiles and message maps.

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product messaging and positioning.

* Create and manage a consistent and effective product story across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Demand Generation and Growth:

* Partner with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

* Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.

* Support regional marketing teams with tailored strategies and materials to drive local market success.

Customer Advocacy and Engagement:

* Build strong relationships with key customers to gather insights, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the value and impact of itsme.

* Develop and execute customer engagement programs that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.


Job requirements

We would like to hear from people with:

* 6+ years' experience in product marketing or a related role, SaaS experience strongly preferred.

* B2B experience is a must-have

* Experience in working with international teams with effective cross-cultural communications.

* Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement content and programs.

* Ability to work independently, with strong decision-making and communication skills

* Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships and influencing key stakeholders.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

* Complete professional proficiency in English and fluency in either native Dutch or French.
