Our client, a leading Private Equity firm operating globally, is currently looking for an experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant to support various key players across differing global jurisdictions.
The remit for this role covers providing to individuals across teams and includes internal leaders. Responsibilities (not limited to) will include:
* Flawless management of various diaries, anticipating schedules, taking strategic priorities as well as personal preferences into account
* Reacting to last minute changes with appropriate urgency and tact. Working and scheduling across global time zones
* Delivery of complex multi-stop travel arrangements, including but not limited to: hotels, transfers, flight bookings, detailed itineraries, visas, etc.
* Act as key point of contact for portfolio companies and key stakeholders
* Minute, note taking and action tracking
* Producing and proof-reading high-quality correspondence, documents, packs and presentations, when required
* Drafting, editing and proofing presentations as required
* Accurate data entry onto technology platforms as required
* Processing business expenses and providing full business administrative support for all
* Handling confidential and delicate information with integrity and discretion
* Working closely with team of Global Executive Assistants and core internal departments across differing jurisdictions
* Coordinating with other Executive Assistants for holiday cover
The chosen candidate must have a complete bilingual level of English/Spanish and will be a natural communicator. A relevant University degree, as well as proven experience supporting partner level or equivalent (ideally in a fund, global financial services or strategic consulting) are also prerequisites. Working knowledge of standard Tech and applications (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, AI etc.) required.
The ideal candidate will be organised, highly flexible to changing schedules and able to pre-empt needs. They will be well versed in adapting to different working styles/personalities and navigating a global work environment. This is a role with a blend of local and global support as well as contact with individuals across various business lines/activities.
