ICT Asset Management Expert (Senior / Expert Level) Practical Information
Work Regime: Full-time
Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Asset Management Expert to strengthen and evolve its asset management governance within a complex, decentralized environment.
The mission focuses on structuring, standardizing, and optimizing asset lifecycle management processes, ensuring high data quality, performance tracking, and alignment with organizational strategy.
Strengthen and improve the current asset management governance framework
Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting across the organization
Improve and implement asset management governance frameworks
Define processes covering asset lifecycle, inventory, maintenance, and data management
Propose and structure a Master Data Cell (scope, roles, responsibilities)
Performance Management & KPIs
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Document processes, workflows, roles, and tools in alignment with ICT strategy
Change Management & Adoption
Ensure transversal adoption of processes across business and IT teams
Data Governance & Workflow Optimization
Implement workflows ensuring data accuracy, lifecycle tracking, and historization
Drive initiatives such as data cleaning and process automation
Ensure the overall quality, performance, and compliance of the asset management process
Perform ongoing technology watch on asset management practices and tools
Setup and operationalization of a Master Data Cell
5 years in asset management (IT or physical assets)
~ Asset lifecycle management (incl. Experience with SAP PM or similar asset management tools
~ Strong knowledge of asset management best practices (ISO 5500x or equivalent)
~ Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (IT, business, operations)
Process improvement methodologies ( Lean, Six Sigma, statistical analysis )
Change management frameworks
Certifications such as ITIL, BPM, Project Management
Languages
Fluent in French or Dutch (mandatory)
Good knowledge of the other national language is a plus
