Job Description

• The portfolio of strategic projects within the direction Grid Solutions is organised in different programs such as Field Service Management, Offshore projects, Digital Solutions, Assets Conditions & Controls, …. A central PMO office has been established that provides governance and guidelines to support for the different program managers through their PMOs to follow-up their projects and support their project leaders. The project leader is the one who really drives the project and refers to the program manager on timing, costs, to specifications, and to a given quality with agreed resource

Program Management Office (PMO)Governance & Standardization

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across projects, programs, and product

Support & Training

• Provide operational support, guidance, coaching, and training to promote the effective adoption of methodologies, tools, and best practice

Program / Portfolio / Product Management Support

• Provide logistical, operational, and analytical support to enable coordinated and efficient execution across projects, programs, and product

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Deliver accurate, timely, and standardized performance reporting to support informed decision-making and ensure alignment with strategic objective

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Define PMO team OKRs, implement best practices, industrialize new dashboards and NPS scores, identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration, and strengthen capabilities in AI and data management
