IT Recruitment Officer – Brussels and/or Namur

To support our growth in Brussels, we are strengthening our Sales & Talent Acquisition team and are looking for an IT Recruitment Officer passionate about tech profiles and modern recruitment practices.
As an IT Recruiter, you play a key role in our Talent Acquisition strategy and act as a true business partner for internal teams and candidates.
You manage the recruitment process end-to-end and actively contribute to Aubay’s attractiveness on the Belgian IT market.
Your responsibilities:
* Manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle: needs analysis, sourcing, interviews, skills assessment, internal coordination, and candidate follow-up until onboarding.
* Source permanent and freelance IT profiles through:
* Leverage recruitment tools to optimize sourcing efficiency and candidate tracking.
* Build and maintain a strong IT talent network in Belgium (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring excellent and transparent candidate experience.
* Work closely with Sales & Delivery teams to anticipate staffing needs and understand project contexts.
* Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate & hiring manager satisfaction).
* Promote a quality-driven recruitment approach, including candidate coaching and CV optimization.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Psychology, Communication, Business or equivalent).
* First confirmed experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or sourcing (ideally in IT, consultancy)
* Strong interest in IT roles and technologies (or a clear willingness to continuously build technical knowledge).
* Comfortable with digital tools, ATS systems, LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, business-oriented and result-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills, strong listening ability and critical mindset.
* Capable of managing multiple recruitments simultaneously with autonomy and structure.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset and solution-oriented attitude.
* Languages: French & English: mandatory / Dutch: strong asset on the Belgian market
