Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing test systems and validation environments for automotive applications, from concept to operational readiness.
* Defining architecture, selecting components, and managing integration of hardware and software for complex test setups.
* Ensuring proper configuration, calibration, and functionality of test environments while maintaining high quality standards.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop comprehensive test strategies and execute validation plans.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and integration challenges.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in automotive testing and system integration with proven ability to design, build, and commission complex test systems.
* Strong knowledge of HIL platforms and tools, with mandatory experience using dSPACE systems.
* Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and their implementation in test environments.
* Experience with advanced automotive systems, real‑time simulation, and model‑based development methodologies.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
