Your Mission
As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will:
* Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching high-performing PPC campaigns
* Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions
* Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies
* Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative selling
* Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities
* Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency

What Were Looking For
* C2 Dutch & C1 English
* 20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
* Comfortable with targets, presentations, and customer engagement
* Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems
* Interest in AI-powered workflows (experience is a plus)
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is a plus — experience counts too.
