We are mandated by a diversified institutional capital platform with assets exceeding $ 100 billion.
The platform deploys long-term capital across private equity, infrastructure, industrial assets and cross-border investments within the Greater Bay Area, comprising Hong Kong, Macao and key cities in Guangdong Province.
This is a senior, execution-led investment role within an established institutional structure.
Role Scope
Finance management
Fund management
Lead and execute investment transactions
Structure and negotiate complex financial arrangements
Oversee valuation, modelling and due diligence
Participate in capital allocation and portfolio governance
Engage with operating businesses and cross-border stakeholders
This role involves direct participation in capital deployment and investment decision processes.
Candidate Requirements
PhD of in Math, Finance, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Financial Economics or closely related discipline
Degree obtained from a QS Top 100 university preferred
Minimum three years of full-time professional experience following PhD completion
Demonstrated transaction execution experience in finance function, private equity, investment banking, industrial or infrastructure funds, asset management, structured finance or M&A
Mobility and Transition
Initial engagement may begin remotely.
A structured 12 to 24 month transition period can be arranged.
Candidates may visit Hong Kong, Macao and key Guangdong cities for meetings and ecosystem briefings during this period.
Relocation or hybrid arrangements may be structured by mutual agreement.
Relocation support will be available for eligible candidates.
