We are looking for an Asset Supply Planning Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and resilient to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing asset supply strategies on a global scale. You are going to drive long-term planning, support launches, and ensure supply continuity for critical assets, making a direct impact on patient access and business success.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional Patient Supply teams, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Manufacturing Operations. You are going to be part of a diverse, innovative, and supportive environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are at the core.
What you will do
1. You will define and execute asset supply strategies, including life-cycle management and launch preparation.
2. You will be responsible for developing and presenting Asset tactical & strategic supply plans on the 10Y horizon including scenarios creation, inventory projections and input to short-term planning
3. You will manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and ensure supply network resilience.
4. You will coordinate capacity planning and reconcile supply and capacity data for manufacturing technologies.
5. You will support business case reviews, compliance forums, and change control processes.
6. You will drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and collaborate on global initiatives.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Pharma, Supply Chain, or related field); APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
8. Minimum 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations, with at least 3 years in planning within a regulated environment.
9. Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, scenario planning (Anaplan or similar), and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
10. Proven ability to manage complex supply networks, lead cross-functional teams, and drive inclusive solutions.
11. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
12. Fluent in English, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
