The role:
In this role, you will be part of our Technical Service team in the Benelux and provide technical support to our local customers.
These customers include both local and large international companies in various sectors, ranging from food and beverages to pharmaceutical products and the automotive industry.
You will support customers throughout Belgium and occasionally travel to the Netherlands if needed.
What you'll do:
* Installation, maintenance, and repair of our machines and associated software
* Completing related service reports using our digital tools
* Train operators at the customer's site
* Working closely with our account managers to optimally serve our customers
Full training is provided as part of the onboarding period.
What you need to have:
* Experience as a Field Service Engineer in the industrial sector
OR
in a similar role with a strong focus on electrical/mechanical work
* Fluent in
Dutch
and
English
* Knowledge of French is a plus
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
