Your mission: Make it happen In this role, you’ll: Lead and coordinate the transport of parts from global suppliers to end customers. Act as the go-to expert for operational issues, customer questions, and logistics challenges. Organize urgent transport solutions with speed and accuracy. Resolve transport deviations like late deliveries or missing documents. Oversee customs and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Collaborate across teams and borders, working on high-impact projects that keep our production lines moving. Monitor and improve the performance of external logistics partners. This role is based at our Ghent site and requires you to perform administrative tasks across both day and rotating shifts — flexibility is essential.
