Responsibilities
* Lead operations at the Port and Railway Center of Operations (CCO), organizing and directing the production process in real‑time.
* Ensure compliance with production plans (volume and deadlines), adjusting strategies based on operational scenarios.
* Monitor operational KPIs, critically analyze data, and promote actions to improve performance.
* Make autonomous operational decisions, considering maintenance, asset availability, and logistical constraints.
* Maintain an efficient interface among operation, planning, maintenance, and quality functions.
* Promote a safe environment, ensuring compliance with SSMA norms and integrity of teams.
* Develop the operational team, disseminate best practices, and strengthen a culture of responsibility and results.
Qualifications
* Complete technical training in Production, Mechanics, Logistics, or related fields.
* Experience in port, railway, industrial, or complex logistics operations.
* Experience in executing and monitoring production plans and interface with planning.
* Knowledge of KPI analysis and operational process management.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure with autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
* Balanced technical and behavioral profile, able to influence and hold results accountable.
* Availability for shift work and willingness to reside in Juruti‑PA.
