Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI), Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE), and Factory Integration & Acceptance (FIA) processes for a major data center construction project in Belgium.

Responsibilities
1. Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of owner-furnished equipment
2. Manage vendor relationships and equipment specifications
3. Ensure seamless integration between owner-supplied and contractor-installed systems
4. Lead factory acceptance testing protocols and procedures
5. Coordinate with manufacturers for pre-delivery testing and commissioning
6. Manage quality assurance and compliance verification processes
7. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Qualifications
8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
9. 7+ years in large-scale construction project management
10. Minimum 3 years in data center or critical infrastructure projects
11. Deep understanding of OFCI/OFE processes
12. Experience with FIA testing and commissioning
13. Knowledge of data center MEP systems and cooling technologies
14. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification desireable
15. Fluency in English required; Dutch/French advantageous
