Project Manager – Industrial Technical Projects

Contract: Long-term collaboration, contract until end of year

About the Role
Are you ready to take ownership of complex industrial projects from concept to completion? Join our dynamic Project Engineering team, where you will lead diverse technical projects across production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D environments. You’ll manage multidisciplinary projects in various phases—from start-up to ongoing execution—tailored to your expertise and project demands.
What You Will Do
* Define project scope and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders
* Establish project constraints including budget and timeline
* Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams
* Lead technical design and ensure project specifications meet requirements
* Prepare tender documents and manage procurement of orders, engineering firms, and contractors
* Manage all resources (internal and external) to guarantee project success
* Maintain proactive client communication to identify and integrate scope changes
* Deliver clear and comprehensive reporting to all stakeholders
Your Profile
Technical Expertise:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience as project manager with end-to-end responsibility for industrial projects
* At least 7 years’ hands-on engineering experience (mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, etc.)
* Familiarity with electromechanics or chemistry is a plus
* Solid background in process industry projects
* Strong command of MS Project and project management methodologies
* Analytical mindset with strategic overview and excellent administrative skills

* Excellent communicator and team player able to coach and inspire teams
* Passionate about technology, engineering, and project delivery excellence
Languages & Certifications
* Dutch: Native or fluent
* English: Fluent (technical documentation and communication)
* VCA-Vol certification
