Daoust is looking for a part-time Office Manager on behalf of an international non-profit association based in Brussels, to ensure the smooth running of its daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* HR support: manage staff leave, draft contracts (employees & interns), ensure compliance with Belgian labour and health & safety legislation.
* Office management: oversee daily operations, suppliers and service contracts, support logistics for events and meetings, maintain administrative/legal procedures, greet visitors.
* Finance & accounting: process invoices and payments, liaise with the accountant and auditor, ensure compliance with VAT & audit requirements, monitor expenses and office bank account.
Profile
* Relevant qualification in Office Management, Administration, or Business (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
* Professional experience in a similar role.
* Fluency in English + French or English + Dutch.
* Knowledge of Belgian employment and non-profit (ASBL) regulations.
* Organised, detail-oriented, with basic accounting and budgeting skills.
Contract
* Part-time (3/5), maternity leave replacement
