Security Manager Position
* This role is critical in ensuring the security and compliance of our facilities and personnel.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advisory services to management on security matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
* Develop and implement security policies and procedures that align with EU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards.
* Establish and maintain a robust security framework, including incident management and guarding protocols.
* Coordinate physical security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, and alarm response.
* Raise staff awareness on sensitive information protection and ensure compliance with Group information classification.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong technical background, with proficiency in developing and implementing security projects and upgrades.
* Crisis management and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams.
* Excellent communication and language skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch or French.
