đ Role Overview
Youâll take full ownership of medium-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery across scope, budget, and timelines in a highly structured, mission-critical environment.
đ ď¸ What Youâll Be Doing
⢠Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure)
⢠Manage scope, risk, change control, and quality assurance
⢠Deliver accurate project plans, reporting, and stakeholder updates
⢠Drive stakeholder engagement and act as key point of contact
⢠Oversee costs, resources, and performance metrics
⢠Support contract management and performance monitoring
⢠Facilitate business decision-making and communication flows
⢠Contribute to continuous improvement and project governance

Required Expertise
⢠Bachelorâs degree + experience OR 10+ years relevant experience
⢠3+ years experience managing projects in large organizations
⢠Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management
⢠Proven ability to lead cross-functional / international teams
⢠Experience with project management tools and reporting
⢠Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
đĄ Certifications: PRINCE2, PMP (preferred but not essential)
đĄ Nice to have:
⢠Experience in C4ISR projects
⢠Knowledge of NATO environments, procurement, or ServiceNow
⢠Experience working in military / international organizations
