🚀 Senior Project Manager wanted for NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA)


📍Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium | On-Site | +- 5 Month Contract


A high-impact leadership role driving complex international projects within a NATO environment—ideal for experienced Project Managers with strong stakeholder, delivery, and governance expertise.


🔍 Role Overview

You’ll take full ownership of medium-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery across scope, budget, and timelines in a highly structured, mission-critical environment.


🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure)

• Manage scope, risk, change control, and quality assurance

• Deliver accurate project plans, reporting, and stakeholder updates

• Drive stakeholder engagement and act as key point of contact

• Oversee costs, resources, and performance metrics

• Support contract management and performance monitoring

• Facilitate business decision-making and communication flows

• Contribute to continuous improvement and project governance


✅ Required Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree + experience OR 10+ years relevant experience

• 3+ years experience managing projects in large organizations

• Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional / international teams

• Experience with project management tools and reporting

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

💡 Certifications: PRINCE2, PMP (preferred but not essential)

💡 Nice to have:

• Experience in C4ISR projects

• Knowledge of NATO environments, procurement, or ServiceNow

• Experience working in military / international organizations
