At Claire Joster, a specialized recruitment firm, we are partnering with a company in the consumer electronics and small appliances sector. We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager for a temporary position, with the possibility of a permanent role thereafter.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead channel expansion and maintenance in the consumer electronics sector, ensuring sustainable growth and market share gains.
* Manage strategic relationships with key buyers, fostering long-term partnerships.
* Define and execute sales plans, coordinate strategic meetings, and negotiate annual agreements.
* Implement and optimize marketing strategies to ensure objectives are met.
* Oversee point-of-sale execution.
* Analyze monthly performance (sell-in, sell-out, inventory) and strengthen brand visibility in the sector.
* Forecast demand.
* Improve inventory efficiency and contribute to profitability goals.
* Participate in product launches and campaigns, ensuring the highest quality of execution.
* Negotiate prices, contracts, offers, and orders, adhering to processes and regulations.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or key account management in the consumer electronics and small appliances sector.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as business acumen.
* Goal-oriented with a strong commercial drive.
* Good command of English.
* Own vehicle preferred.


We are offering

* A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
* Competitive base salary + performance bonus.
* Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
* Location: Downtown Madrid.
