This expanding, trendsetting company is looking for a motivated Project Delivery Manager to strengthen their team in Overijse and support and improve the execution of projects. Once a sale is confirmed, the Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for the project from A to Z, ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with customer expectations and within the defined project parameters. The PDM role focuses specifically on projects involving installations and gym solutions, carried out across Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. The position places particular emphasis on accurate and timely on‑site execution, technical and organisational alignment with subcontractors, and the safeguarding of quality, planning and costs. The role acts as the operational bridge between the construction site and the wider organisation by enabling decision making as close to execution as possible. The role demands a close collaboration with a wide range of people and departments. A strong team spirit and the willingness to follow established standards are essential A proactive, hands‑on and customer‑oriented attitude is key to succeeding in this role. THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER: Project data entry in ERP system from sales order over production order to final invoice. Prepare complete production and installation files, ensuring completeness, technical accuracy, feasibility. Identify and resolve technical problems, material shortages or surpluses, planning conflicts. Serve as the first point of contact for customers during project execution, internal teams when site‑related issues arise and subcontractors. Coordinate and supervise installation activities on site. Ensure compliance with installation standards, correct application of WPI guidelines, quality requirements at handover. Contribute actively to improving the installation workflow, increasing autonomy of installation teams and subcontractors. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A JOB FOR YOU? Then we are off to a great start! Do you also meet these requirements? You have strong, technical insights and outweighs formal degrees, although a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology is considered an asset. You have experience in project follow‑up within a construction or technical environment and are comfortable working on active construction sites. You bring maturity, hands‑on problem‑solving skills and a solid understanding of execution processes. You think in a pragmatic, solution‑oriented way and you are highly organised without slipping into over‑administration. You work independently while understanding escalation lines and you remain calm and decisive in site situations. You can confidently interpret construction drawings and you communicate clearly and effectively. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. WE OFFER: A full time contract.
