As an Office Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Office management
* Administrative support (travel management, emails, calls, invoicing, planning...)
* Organize and coordinate trainings and events
* HR coordination (recruitment, fleet management, expenses, HR administration...)
* Social media & internal communication
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
* You already have a few years of experience in a similar role
* You are autonomous, proactive and take ownership
* You are detail-oriented and organised
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
