My client is household name in Hong Kong and they are urgently looking for an executive assistant to join the team to support senior management. The ideal candidate will need to have attention to detail and take an attentive approach to their work as the senior management handles a lot of client relations
Job Description
As an Executive Assistant your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and organising daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives.
Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Providing logistical support for internal and external events and meetings.
Helping with client relations at events
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication.
Maintaining and updating accurate records and documentation.
Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Executive Assistant Should Have
Higher education in business administration or relevant studies
Over 8 years solid experience supporting senior management - ideally expats
Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role within a professional setting.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates with a short notice will have an advantage given the urgency
