Job Description
You will be part of a team dedicated to providing technical customer service and spare parts support.
Your key focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, with extensive customer contact as a daily task.
* Support customers with their technical queries, leveraging your expertise after completing an initial training period.
* Help customers order the correct spare parts for their machines.
* Prepare quotations once you have identified the suitable part.
* Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and arrange urgent shipping worldwide.
* Handle associated administrative tasks, such as preparing transport and customs documents.
* In consultation with the team, manage incoming warranty claims and work towards finding customer-friendly solutions.
We are seeking a technically skilled professional with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
This role involves extensive international customer contact.
* You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
* Reading technical plans comes naturally to you.
* Basis knowledge of SolidWorks, E-plan, and/or AutoCAD is advantageous.
* Familiarity with programming (Siemens or Allen Bradley) is recommended.
* Experience in customer service is highly beneficial.
* You possess strong communication skills and prioritize customer satisfaction.
* You excel in problem-solving and multitasking.
* Proficiency in English, Dutch, and/or French is crucial for this role.
