For an European institution in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a hybrid AI Business Analyst with at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes.
Candidates need to be based in Europe within 2 hours of Belgium.
Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is required, but not provided. This position is open for contractors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Document business and functional requirements, and develop business cases;
* Analyze and model business processes and business models;
* Perform risk analysis;
* Support assessment and implementation of AI technologies in business processes, including developing roadmaps for AI deployment;
* Occasionally promote AI awareness and adoption within the organization;
Profile:
* Bachelor or Master degree;
* +5 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes;
* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and information systems;
* Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions applicable to business operations;
* Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.);
* Ability to identify opportunities to improve or transform processes through AI;
* Experience with large organizational administrative processes;
* Fluent in English;
