The RoleThe Business Development Manager – Southern Europe will be responsible for expanding BEL Automotive's market footprint, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key Southern European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial expansion strategy in Southern EuropeIdentify and secure partnerships with dealerships, distributors, and automotive groupsNegotiate commercial agreementsManage and grow key accounts within the regionConduct market research and competitive analysisRepresent BEL Automotive at industry events and trade fairs
Requirements
5+ years of experience in automotive sales, distribution, or business developmentStrong understanding of the Southern European automotive marketExisting network within dealerships and automotive groups is a strong advantageProven negotiation and contract management experienceEntrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approachFluent in English; at least 1 additional Southern European language requiredWillingness to travel regularly within the region
