🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist clients in a professional and customer-oriented manner
* Manage reception activities and guide clients to their appointments
* Provide administrative and logistical support to the branch/team
* Handle phone contact with clients and respond to inquiries efficiently
* Support clients with banking-related questions and digital tools where needed
* Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience at all times
* Work accurately and proactively in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Experience Required
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Fluent-level Dutch with good knowledge of French (English is a plus)
* Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with different IT tools
* Interest in finance and banking products/services
* Experience with BNP Paribas Fortis Easy Banking Web/App is a plus
* Customer-oriented, diplomatic, and solution-driven mindset
* Able to work independently and handle stressful situations professionally
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and service quality
* Comfortable working fully onsite in Knokke
