Enterprise Accounts Manager

Location: Belgium

Work Model: Remote

The Role:

The Enterprise Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing profitable new business sales within the Midmarket segment of the business. The objective of this role is to create and maintain a high-quality working relationship with a broad range of contacts at the accounts.
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for understanding customer strategies to sell Trend solutions to enable and support them.

Responsibilities:

* Create new opportunities (80%) for Trend Micro at accounts and focus on replacing competitive products. As well as working on renewals, 20% working on Trend Micro customer base. 80% prospects.

* Expand our footprint with our existing customers (25%)

* Utilize internal support (e.g., marketing) in addition to self-initiative

* Utilize external support (e.g., partner network, social media)

* Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems.

* Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions, EBR’s and events.

* Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

You are

* Fluent in Flemisch, with the addition of fluent French an advantage

* Excellent at influencing, negotiation and relationship building.

* Flexible mind-set in a changing environment.

* High level of self-motivation.

* Team player.

You have

* The ability to use all available resources within the team and the Trend Micro channel to optimize the working relationships with our customers.

* The ability to motivate customers and channel partners to position Trend Micro as a preferred and trusted business partner.

* Presentation skills.
