Job Summary
Join the Investor Relations and Corporate Development team to strengthen HBX Group’s relationships with investors and analysts while supporting strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. This role combines financial analysis, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination to provide insights that guide top management decisions and keep external stakeholders informed of HBX Group’s performance.
Job Responsibilities
* Support investor relations activities by preparing materials, monitoring market trends, and analyzing HBX Group’s business and financial performance.
* Conduct competitive benchmarking and produce insights that highlight HBX Group’s relative market position for internal and external audiences.
* Develop presentations, financial models, and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy through data checks and verification across internal and public sources.
* Perform qualitative and quantitative research to support strategic decision‑making.
* Coordinate data collection, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration, often working with incomplete information to deliver clear, actionable conclusions.
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong analytical abilities and advanced financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with valuation techniques and financial reporting concepts.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance, Strategy, or other analytical roles.
* Experience in capital or financial markets is an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields required.
* Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACA) are a strong plus.
* Fluency in English is required; Spanish or additional languages are highly valued.
