Expanding business, they’re currently for an Technical Sales Advisor Flanders for insulation:
* Acting as first line sustainability and commercial support for customers;
* Proactively engaging in sales & prospecting activities to expand the prospect & customer base in the assigned (Flemish) region;
* conducting structured prospecting to enter new market & target customer segments;
* Building & maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as project developers, architects, strategic installers / contractors, ...
* Analysing market trends within insulation & water sealing systems; reporting on competitive activity, pricing developments, and changes in customer needs to management; providing strategic recommendations based on market insights;
* Reporting to and in agreement with the General Manager, upscale strategic commercial product oversigh & site follow-up;
* Partner with Central Technical Dpt, Test & Certification Institutes in the region;
* Internal Development: provide training to customer & sales team + technical onboarding + actively promote insight into in/external customer requirements;
* Accountable to feed strategy work of the Sales Leader (sustainability, competition, regulations, ...);
* Develop participate, and support/collaborate different technical/commercial topics: Calculation tool, specification tool, BIM, EPD, technical detail drawings,…;
Scope: East or West Flanders
If our client could dream, you’d present
* Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in building related industry;
* Demonstrated prescription sales track record is a plus;
* Passionate about Insulation, Water sealing or any other Building / Renovation;
