Communications & Events Assistant - Temporary Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Communications & Events Assistant. This is a temporary role, lasting +/- 2 months, with the possibility of extension.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our communications and event management activities. This includes creating engaging content for our website, working with various tools and databases, and assisting with logistics and venue selection.
* Create Event Content: Develop and publish event information on our website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Event Management: Collaborate with our team to coordinate events, including venue selection, invitations, and participant management.
* Logistics Support: Assist with event setup, ensure meeting rooms are equipped and ready for events, and provide excellent customer service to attendees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong academic background in communication, events management, or a related field. They should also possess a minimum C1 level of English proficiency and be proficient in computer literacy and CRM systems.
A valid student contract, full-time schedule, homeworking arrangement (1-2 days per week), and competitive salary are offered.
