KIKO Milano is looking for a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Madrid.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the relevant functions but, most importantly, should be aligned with the company’s values.
What will be your main responsibilities?
* Managing accounting according to Spanish and international standards (IFRS).
* Overseeing accounting processes and finalizing accounting cycles in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
* Managing and recording: purchases, sales, inventory changes, fixed assets, provisions, rentals, amortizations, etc.
* Handling treasury management and bank reconciliation.
* Collaborating in the preparation of the company’s annual accounts.
* Conducting monthly analysis of the profit and loss statement within your area of responsibility.
* Ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
* Providing support to retail locations on internal control procedures.
* Assisting in the preparation of tax returns with external advisors.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* B2 leve of English language.
* A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
* At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Solid knowledge of the General Accounting Plan and IFRS.
* Understanding of current tax regulations.
* Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
* A proactive, organized individual with strong analytical skills.
