For Humana Baby Spain, based in Madrid, we are looking for a
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Data Analysis is a key pillar within Humana Spain Strategy. The BI & E-commerce Department guarantee to provide business valuable information for the decision making.
Working by the hand of the BI & e-Commerce Manager, the BI Analyst will be product owner of CRM, CLM, MCC & BI Tools for data analysis and its Maintenance improving efficiency of commercial operations and guarantee a success route map for commercial and digital transformation.
In particular he/she will be responsible for the following activities:
* Product Owner – Commercial Tools
* Data model structure of multichannel CRM tool.
* Data quality maintenance and KPI’s within our sales team’s systems and Tools.
* Guarantee data privacy compliance under GDPR European policy for Iberia market.
* Guarantee correct usage of CRM system, CLM App (Closed Loop Marketing), MCC and BI tools.
* Support Market data research and KPI’s Trackingto drive business strategy.
* Liaison between global IT support (UX/UI requirements) and sales team to collect Iberia market systems enhancements and track commercial systems incidences resolution.
* Be able to analyze and combine multiple data sets and sources to help improve sales team operation and identify category development essentials and market opportunities.
Requirements:
* Must Speak English- (Portuguese, is a Plus).
* Have 2 or less years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industryor FMCG companies.
* B.A degree Information Technology, Economist, Administration, Marketing.
* Master’s in Business Intelligence, Big Data, or Marketing and Sales.
* Demonstrative Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Previous experience with Salesforce CRM platform, QlikViewor another BI Tool.
* Curiosity and Does Attitude.
* Team Player.
* Resilience and abilityto work under pressure.
* Curiosity and Doer Attitude, open to learn, active listening and ability to provide pragmatic solutions within his/her assigned tasks.
