* Native level of Dutch
* Full professional level of French
* Professional level of English OR Spanish
Location: Barcelona
Main Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with your colleagues from the BeNeLux market and the wider European region to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound calls to existing or previously engaged B2B clients to generate interest in ongoing marketing campaigns
* Generating qualified leads aligned with country-specific marketing strategies
* Presenting and introducing new products over the phone, followed by sending relevant informational materials
* Working closely with local sales and marketing teams, who will provide targeted client lists for segmented campaigns
Your Experience:
* 1+ year of experience in Customer Advisor, Customer Success, Account Management, Outbound Sales, or similar roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent command of Dutch and professional proficiency in French

* Permanent contract with a competitive salary of up to €27,000 + up to €5,000 in bonus (typically €1,700–2,000 net/month, depending on taxation)
