Content, campaign & events Management Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of multi-channel marketing content and campaigns, including digital media, events, and PR to generate leads, engage target audiences, and strengthen the company’s brand visibility and impact. Lead marketing analysis and customer insights by conducting market research, evaluating campaign performance, and assessing the end-to-end customer experience across all channels, to identify trends, optimize strategies, and support data-driven decision making. Define and drive the company-wide internal communication strategy in collaboration with People & Organization to ensure alignment, clarity, and engagement across teams and departments. Team Leadership: Lead, support, and develop the marketing team by providing strategic direction, fostering motivation, and conducting regular performance and career development reviews to achieve individual and team objectives As Marketing Manager you have : A Master degree (or equivalent by experience) with min 5 years of experience within B2B Digital Product oriented environments ideally within start up and scale up organizations Experience in setting up Product Marketing roadmap and go to market strategy execution (product and brand management positioning) Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns, including digital, content, events, and PR Strong experience in strategic marketing planning and execution across multiple channels Analytical mindset to assess marketing performance and customer journey metrics Team leadership, coaching, and performance management A dynamic team within a family company culture!
