Drive Regional Marketing Initiatives to Fuel Pipeline Growth
We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation (Field and Partner) Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing business.
The Position:
You will drive regional marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline growth by executing account-based marketing, executive events, digital campaigns, and partner co-marketing to maximize impact across key markets.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute field and channel marketing programs across EMEA.
* Align marketing strategies with the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
* Build and activate partner co-marketing initiatives with customers and partners.
* Lead digital marketing efforts across organic and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
* Drive customer advocacy, leveraging success stories across the region.
* Manage SDR support and ensure diligent lead follow-up with Sales Account Executives.
* Oversee localisation of digital content & assets, with plans to expand support.
* Track and optimize marketing performance, providing data-driven insights.
What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Fluency in Dutch, French or German.
* Minimum of 4+ years in regional field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS applications.
* Strong experience in event management, campaign execution & partner marketing.
* Hands-on expertise in digital marketing (organic & paid).
* Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Proficiency with marketing automation & CRM tools (lead scoring/nurturing experience is a plus).
