We are seeking a skilled CAPEX Procurement Specialist to support us on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to optimize sourcing strategies and contribute to efficient project execution. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively combine technical understanding with strong commercial insight.
* Identify and evaluate suppliers, technologies, and market trends for large-scale investments
* Conduct comprehensive analyses to inform sourcing decisions
* Assess supplier performance and risks, including quality, delivery reliability, and continuity
* Manage procurement processes including RFI, RFQ, and RFP preparation and execution
* Collaborate with internal teams to establish agreements and streamline procurement
What we expect from you:
* +8 years of experience in CAPEX procurement or project sourcing
* Expertise in evaluating both technical and commercial aspects of industrial projects
* Practical experience with TCO analyses and strategic sourcing methodologies
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Industrial environment experience is an advantage
