The Order Desk Administrator is responsible for the efficient order flow in the Belux. At Order Desk, we ensure the smooth processing of the orders, from taking of the order, through its delivery, and finally invoicing. We are also on the front line listening to the customers and supporting them with any requests or issues. Main responsibilitiesOrder desk activities - 50% Handle entry in OM application of orders received by fax, mail, e-mail, and EDI Transmission to external warehouse Shipment follow-up Invoicing Filing Customer service activities - 50% Trouble shooting Customer returns handling Customer complaints handling Contacts with customers, 3rd party warehouse and forwarders Administrative tasks Profil
Education: Higher education degree in Logistics & distribution or experience in a similar position Experience: 3 years experience in a similar position - knowledge of the pharma business is a plus Language skills: Fluency in English, Dutch and French Other competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player Flexible, well organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
