Sales and Automation Specialist

The ideal candidate will proactively generate new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and contribute to the development of tailored automation solutions for a wide range of industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector
2. Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients
3. Understand client challenges and translate them into suitable technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams
4. Conduct regular client visits, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
5. Prepare commercial offers and support negotiation processes
6. Monitor market trends and report on competitor activities and customer needs
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, electromechanics, or related fields
* Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
* Affinity with industrial technologies such as sensors, PLCs, automation systems, or motion control
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a structured and autonomous working style
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel across Belgium to meet clients
