* Oversee internal administrative operations and processes.
* Manage cash flow and cash flow forecasting, liquidity, collections and payments
* Facilitate communication between departments.
* Maintain and update company records.
* Assist in the development and implementation of administrative strategies.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders on administrative matters.
* Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
* Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.
* Handle confidential documents and agreements with discretion.
Profil recherchéA successful Corporate, Finance and Administration Officer should have:
* A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Proven experience within the financial services industry in Luxembourg.
* A solid understanding of banking & financial services regulations.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
* Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using financial software and administrative tools.
* Fluent in English and French.
