Job Description
As a Reservations Agent at Mövenpick Hotel Brussels Airport, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, corporate clients and partners. You will handle room bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate administration. Thanks to your attention to detail and hospitality mindset, guests feel welcome before they even arrive at the hotel.
Your responsibilities
- Handle individual and group reservation requests via phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on offers for rooms and invoicing
- Accurately enter reservations into the system (Opera Cloud)
- Contribute to optimizing occupancy and revenue
- Collaborate closely with sales, front office, and food & beverage teams
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times
Important: work closely with the front office team and provide back-up support at the reception when required
Qualifications
- Languages: You speak and write Dutch, French, and English fluently
- Experience with reservation systems (Opera knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Precise, well-organized, and structured way of working
- Ability to prioritize and stay calm under pressure
- A true team player with a positive and flexible attitude
