For our client, we’re looking for an HR Manager who makes an impact through excellent day-to-day execution. You hold a Master’s in HR and feel at home in a highly operational role.
As HR Manager, you’ll be the right hand of the Global HR Manager and a sparring partner for our line managers. You keep the client’s day-to-day HR operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, operational HR role without a team: you own and execute core HR processes end to end : from payroll queries to contracts and onboarding.
Your impact
* Execute the HR plan and turn guidelines into concrete actions and measurable results (global scope).
* Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions and advise line managers.
* Run core HR operations: recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, contract management, HRIS administration, and payroll queries (in collaboration with the social secretariat/payroll provider).
* Support acquisitions (M&A) and change rollouts with operational tasks (data, documentation, onboarding coordination).
* Safeguard compliance, prepare documentation for trade unions and works councils, and liaise with Legal and the leadership team.
What you bring
* Master’s degree in HR (required); a Master’s in Psychology, Sociology, or Law is a plus.
* Experience with HR and people processes in an international context.
* Experience supporting M&A and change from an HR perspective.
* You thrive in a hands-on role, are deadline-driven, and step in where needed.
* Solid knowledge of employment legislation and experience with trade unions/works councils.
* Discreet, ethical, resilient, and highly organised.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; you build relationships at all levels.
* Confident in difficult conversations; able to set priorities independently
