What will your mission be?
As a Product Marketing professional, your role will be key in driving business development and supporting the commercial strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:
🔹 Preparation of technical-commercial documentation: You will create presentations, application notes, and other materials to support both the sales team and external clients.
🔹 Business development project management: You will lead initiatives aimed at both direct customers and distribution channels.
🔹 Market analysis: You will monitor industry trends, with particular attention to new applications or developments that generate demand for innovative products.
🔹 Sales support: You will collaborate in reviewing technical specifications and preparing commercial offers.
🔹 Marketing and corporate communication: You will participate in the creation and dissemination of content for trade shows, advertising campaigns, technical documentation, catalogues, sample kits, etc., as well as different marketing activities such as promotions, webinars, and training workshops, in coordination with the Corporate Communications department at headquarters.
🔹 Cross-department coordination: You will act as a link between sales/customers and the different plants and departments involved, facilitating the resolution of issues related to quality, logistics, or other customer service aspects.
🔹 Digital Marketing activities: You will support PM department with different digital marketing activities participating on CRM marketing campaigns and on the analysis of different project opportunities. As well, on the promotion of our CLARA software by training customers and different users on this tool, specially designed to support customers with film capacitor simulations: Design tools: Capacitor Life And Rating Application (CLARA) | TDK Electronics - TDK Europe

What will make you successful in this role?
🔹 University degree in Engineering, preferable on electronics field, and/or Physics/Chemistry or equivalent.
🔹 Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar roles from electronic component sector.
🔹 Fluent level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.
🔹 Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
🔹 User-level knowledge of SAP.
🔹 Experience with CRM platforms and different tools for marketing analytics.
🔹 Solid knowledge of film capacitor or at least electronic component technologies.
🔹 Strong technical background enabling you to advise clients on applications and product definition.
🔹 Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical profiles.
🔹 Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
🔹 Availability to travel, both nationally and internationally, depending on department needs.
