QualificationsHigher technical education, such as an Industrial or Civil Engineer degree, or equivalent relevant experienceRelevant experience with HVAC systems in a similar position is essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness, multitasking ability, and proven skills in setting prioritiesCapable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team conceptKnowledge of GMP, 6 sigma methodology, and risk management tools like FMEA is requiredProficiency in both Dutch and English is necessaryExperience in executing Engineering (Capex) projects and planning/project coordination (e.g., MS Project) is highly valued
