Job Description
As a Quality & Operational Excellence Engineer, you will drive transformational change by ensuring product quality throughout the lifecycle while implementing Lean methodologies to optimize processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in:
* Ensuring product quality compliance with customer requirements and industry standards from design to delivery
* Leading multidisciplinary teams in applying Lean methodologies for effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
* Defining and implementing quality assurance processes for mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems
* Analyzing non-conformities, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
* Spearheading efforts to address pressing issues, aiming to cut down response times by 50% or more for product, process, and organizational challenges
Your profile
* Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
* 5+ years of experience leading practical Lean projects and quality management initiatives
* Expertise in quality standards and tools (ISO 9001, FMEA, RCCA, Six Sigma)
* Experience in manufacturing or assembly of complex systems (defense, aerospace, or similar industries)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to thrive under pressure
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in French and English
