Role As IAM Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, maintaining and optimizing secure authentication and authorization solutions. You will translate requirements into robust designs, resolve complex security challenges and contribute to innovation in identity and access management.
You combine technical depth with analytical thinking and collaborate closely with security, infrastructure and application teams.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization solutions
Work with protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, OIDC and SAML
Manage digital certificates, including issuance, renewal and revocation processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM‑related incidents
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable security designs
Evaluate architecture trade‑offs and ensure compliance requirements are met
Support deployment and implementation of security‑focused designs
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to system optimization and performance improvements
Drive innovation and propose enhancements to systems, processes and services
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
Participate in on‑call support when required
