Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers and teams, including document management, filing, and general office organization, contributing directly to the efficiency and professionalism of the firm.
* Serve as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming clients and visitors, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a positive and professional experience - a role that directly enhances the firm's reputation.
* Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and internal communication, giving you the chance to strengthen organizational skills and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Assist with billing and expense management, including document preparation and review, offering insight into internal processes and financial workflows.
* Support special projects and ad hoc tasks, allowing you to showcase versatility, learn new skills, and contribute actively to the firm's initiatives.
Profile
* Several years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within a law firm or a professional services environment.
* Strong command of English and ideally another language; excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while being a team player.
* Energetic and personable, comfortable representing the firm to clients and visitors.
