As M365 Solutions Manager, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
* Engage with business stakeholders, project leads, and end-users to understand their needs and translate them into solutions;
* Implement Microsoft365 solutions;
* Ensure the appropriate maintenance, configuration and continuous improvement of the environment to meet the performance, security and resilience objectives;
* Monitor and report on system security, performance and availability;
* Ensure our client is protected and prepared against threats;
* Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement solutions and strategies that meet security requirements;
* Manage ICT issues and incidents to ensure swift resolution and minimal impact and disruption;
* Manage and oversee external service providers;
* Provide technical guidance and support to end-users;
* Contribute to the digitization and modernization of the workplace;
For this position of M365 Solutions Manager, the ideal candidate would have the following skills:
* University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
* At least 5 years of experience in IT solutions management;
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
* Experience in structuring and leading ICT projects;
* Experience with regulatory compliance is a plus (NIS2, ISO, DORA);
* Fluency in English and either French or Dutch;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to communicate effectively;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
* Strong service orientation, ensuring responsiveness
