We are looking for a Social Media Analyst with at least 3 years of experience for the European Economic and Social Committee.
Responsibilities and skills
• supporting the account managers in the sections, groups, and other units to enable them to optimally manage their respective decentralised accounts;
• training (in cooperation with the FOR Unit) the account managers, sharing best practices, and informing them of the evolving trends and features of the social media platforms used in the Committee;
• creating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content for the EESC's central social media accounts on a regular basis (i.e., original text, photos, videos and news);
• ensuring a professional visual presentation, including the development of social media-friendly audiovisual material;
• monitoring, participating in, and reacting to online conversations;
• planning and implementing topical social media promotion campaigns;
• monitoring and analysing social media data;
• drafting reports on the performance of the EESC's social media presence, including reports on specific events and campaigns;
• staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
